InSite introductory course

Overview: This course is primarily intended for new InSite users who have not previously used the InSite seismic processing software. The course may also be suitable as refresher course for previous and existing users.  Some basic knowledge and understanding of the basic steps in the processing of seismic data would be beneficial.  The material covered in this course is applicable to the suite of InSite products (InSite-Lab, InSite-Geo, InSite-HF and InSite-Edu) and will cover the following areas:

• Project setup and data management
• Data import and event harvesting
• Phase picking and autoprocessing
• Event location
• Data export

The course can be delivered online, at our offices in Shrewsbury (UK) or at the client's premises and includes hands-on tutorials and handouts in electronic format.   This course is a one (1) day course and can be split over two (2) days if delivered online.

This course is endorsed by the Geological Society of London.
